Suchit is a financial professional with over 18 years of comprehensive experience across the financial services spectrum, including investment banking, project financing, and core banking operations.

Puneet is a seasoned capital-markets professional with over 18 years of experience in Research, Operations and Quality Control. He looks after the Research and Investor Relations in the Capital Market Team. He has earlier work with MNC like Blackrock and Oracle Financial Services.

Komal has 6 years’ experience in deal sourcing. She has worked extensively across financial market, capital market and investment banking. She looks after Business Origination in Capital Market team. She is responsible for Deal origination, manage investor relation and successfully concluding transaction.

Sukanya has more than 3 years’ experience in IPO Documentation, Due Diligence and Legal Drafting. She has done her Masters in Commerce and law. She has earlier handled litigation in insolvency, and manage legal and compliance function in capital market transaction.

Aditya is a Lawyer with 2.5+ years of comprehensive experience across finance, litigation and non-litigation practice areas. He has handled matters involving Real Estate, Commercial Disputes, NCLT Proceedings and White Collar Crimes.

Vrusha is a qualified Company Secretary, holding LLB. and B.Com degrees. She has over 2.5 years of experience in due diligence and execution of SME and Main Board IPOs, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.

Chartered Accountant with experience in CFO Advisory and FP&A, specializing in financial modeling, DCF valuation, and investment analysis. Led capex planning, ROI evaluation, and cash flow optimization, with strong exposure to strategic finance and capital allocation.

Vaibhav is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of hands-on experience in finance and taxation. Currently working as an Audit Manager at Leela Fintech, leading the taxation team and backed by 3 years of practical exposure in Virtual CFO services.

Jagruti is an Audit Manager at Leela Fintech Services LLP, with 8+ years of experience leading internal audits, statutory audits, financial reviews, Limited review and MIS reporting. She has strong background in internal audit and corporate finance.

Bhumika is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience in audit, taxation, and compliance across listed entities, government companies, banking, and diverse industries. With expertise in process audits, risk assessment, SEBI compliance, and financial analysis.

Ayushi is working as a Senior Audit Executive with over 3 years of professional experience in the areas of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and financial compliance. She has expertise in book finalization, preparation and filing of Company and Individual Income Tax Returns, and audit execution across diverse business sectors.

Mital is a Senior Audit Executive at Leela with over four years of specialized experience in the financial sector. A CA Finalist, Mital completed a rigorous three-year articleship before transitioning into her current role.

With a strong foundation in internal audit and taxation, Rakhi serves as an Audit Executive at Leela Fintech Services LLP, where she actively contributes to process audits, risk control matrix assessments, and statutory compliance reviews.

Ajay is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with 7–8 years of experience in statutory audit, internal audit, concurrent audit, and direct taxation. He has expertise in Ind AS/AS compliance, financial reporting, risk-based audits, internal controls, and tax compliance.

Aman is finance and audit professional with 8 years of experience in the field of auditing and finance. He has completed Graduation and cleared CA Intermediate. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Audit Manager at Leela, where he is responsible for managing audit processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial governance.

Pooja has done her Master of Commerce (M.Com) and graduated from University of Mumbai with a strong academic foundation in finance and accounting. She has over 9 years of professional experience in Internal Audit, serving clients across diverse industries.

Vikas brings a decade of deep industry expertise to the table. Prior to joining Leela, he successfully honed his skills working with prominent Direct Sales Agents including Andromeda. His strong foundation in commerce, combined with extensive hands-on knowledge of banking products and strict documentation processes, makes him an asset to operations and sales alike.

Neha is a dedicated professional with 5 years of experience in sales and loan processing, handling the complete process from sourcing to disbursement. She has strong expertise in client relationship management.

Mohd Sameer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. He is working in the financial services industry since 2018, gaining experience with organizations such as Pratham Financial Services.

Ankita has completed her B.Com. She has more than 2 years of experience in the finance field. She handles customer interactions, conducts meetings, and maintained a professional approach. She is a Team Player and successfully executes all the task assigned to her.

Jasvinder has been working in the financial services industry since 2017, gaining experience with organizations such as Andromeda, Money Mantra, and Ingenious Financial Services. Presently, he is Relationship Manager, where he continues to expand his knowledge across a wide range of financial products.

Abhishek is a finance professional with more than 5 years of experience in credit analysis and financial assessment. With a strong understanding of credit evaluation, risk management, and client financial profiling, he has consistently contributed to effective credit decision-making and portfolio management.

Shyam Mishra is an MBA Finance professional with experience as a Credit Manager at HDFC Bank, working in the Business Banking and Enterprise Corporate Groups. He managed a credit portfolio exceeding ₹2,000 crore across industries such as agriculture, automotive, FMCG, and consumer goods, covering both manufacturing and trading sectors.

Prajakta is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Originally from Mumbai, she graduated from the University of Mumbai. She woks as a Relationship Manager, where she specializes in building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering effective financial solutions.

Laxmi has completed her Post Graduation and is currently working Business Development. She has more than 8 years experience in marketing. She is team player and focus to achieve her targets.

Sharvari heads HR department, focusing on hiring and employee management for all the verticals of the Group. She is a professional with 14 years of experience. Along with Finance Sector, she also has expertise in FMCG Sector Hiring.

Neha has 4 years of experience in Accounts within the manufacturing industry, with exposure to accounting operations, invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and maintaining financial records.

Shefali is a dedicated Assistant with a strong background in executive support, calendar management, and operational coordination. With 8 years of experience, she is passionate about creating organized, efficient, and people-focused work environments.
